TALL GIRLS BASKETBALL SKILLS TRAINING
Our training program includes but is not limited to, all post-player move drills, offense, and defense. Body control, speed, jumping, Proper footwork and angles to finishing under the rim through contact, Getting open and playing out of the post, Ball handling in the paint and out of paint, Shooting drill, Read and react, court vision, Post defense, and Role, Box out drill, Defense and offense Rebounding positioning, Pick and role.
TALL GIRLS INDIVIDUAL SKILLS TRAINING
1-2 players/ session Girls: 8th-12th grade, College and Pro
1 Trainer and 1 -2 players, 60-80 minute session. This session is for ages/grades 8-12, college and pro players, tall girls, low post players, and small forwards (3-4-5). Private sessions allow us to customize the workout to a player’s strengths and weaknesses and give the individual attention players need to take their game to the top level. Each session of this player development program gets athletes closer to reaching their full potential on the court.
These workouts can be scheduled weekly, biweekly, or monthly.

TALL GIRLS LIMITED GROUP SKILLS TRAINING
Girls: 8th-12th grade, College, Pro (post 3-4-5) limited 4-8players/ 2 hours/session
Our small group training provides a unique and engaging environment where young post players can compete and improve with their siblings and friends. Limited small group training focuses on post and perimeter skill work, ball handling, proper mechanics of shooting dribble moves, and defense techniques. This training will improve the young player's confidence and overall understanding of the game.
